Register to Vote!

Voting season is approaching and a grad student is urging the SIU community to use their voice.

Travis Washington, a SIU grad student and president of the college democratic party, hosted an event called register to vote.

Washington says voting helps gives students a chance to change the status quo.

In organizing this event, Washington says he credits it to Father Brown and his granny for motivating him to always push forward.
